Project Overview

Our team was asked to re-concept a 12-story office space in the heart of Belltown and then build out 2 floors as a pilot of the new interior design.

Inspired by the historic arts and music venues in Belltown we developed a concept celebrating the creative process.

To expand this concept across the full building, each floor was given a specific visual art, music, or film genre. Then on each floor, the creative process for that genre or movement was developed with 3 locations showcasing “concept”, “iteration”, and “display/performance.” This system provided a clear efficient framework while still allowing us to be creative within the open-ended concepts.
